Refund & Cancellation Policy (Consulting & Courses)

Effective date: 1 September 2025
Applies to: Consulting services, private/corporate workshops, public live cohorts, and self‑paced/on‑demand courses offered by ITTeam (“we”, “us”).

This policy summarizes our default terms. Specific proposals, order forms, or master agreements take precedence where they differ. This is not legal advice; please consult your advisor for your obligations.

1) Scope & Definitions

  • Consulting/Advisory: Scoping, design, build, implementation, training, and support related to AI automation and integrations.

  • Workshops (Corporate/Private): Scheduled sessions tailored to a team or organization.

  • Public Live Cohorts: Scheduled group courses with fixed start dates and limited seats.

  • Self‑Paced/On‑Demand Courses: Digital content available immediately or for a defined access period.

  • Digital Deliverables: Documentation, templates, code, or configurations delivered electronically.

2) General Principles

  • We strive to be fair and transparent while protecting the time reserved for your engagement and non‑recoverable costs.

  • Where permitted by our payment processor, we refund to the original payment method. If a processor does not return its fees, these are non‑refundable.

  • Taxes, currency conversion, and bank/processor charges are not refundable once remitted or incurred.

  • Nothing in this policy limits non‑waivable rights under applicable law.

3) Consulting (Time‑boxed or Project‑based)

Booking/confimation: Your slot is held upon countersigned agreement and/or initial payment.
Cancellations:

  • > 14 calendar days before the scheduled start: 100% refund of fees paid, less non‑returned processor/bank fees.

  • 7–14 calendar days before start: 50% refund or 100% credit (valid 6 months).

  • < 7 calendar days before start: Non‑refundable; one reschedule permitted within 30 days if requested ≥ 48 hours before the session start (subject to availability).
    No‑shows: Non‑refundable.
    Rescheduling: One fee‑free reschedule with ≥ 48 hours’ notice; additional changes may incur a scheduling fee.

4) Corporate/Private Workshops (Onsite or Virtual)

  • > 21 calendar days before the event: 100% refund (less non‑returned processor/bank fees).

  • 8–20 calendar days: 50% refund or 100% credit (valid 6 months).

  • ≤ 7 calendar days: Non‑refundable; one reschedule allowed within 60 days if requested ≥ 72 hours in advance (subject to trainer availability and any venue costs).

  • Participant substitutions from the same company are free until the session begins.

5) Public Live Cohorts (Open Enrollment)

  • > 14 calendar days before course start: 100% refund (less non‑returned processor/bank fees).

  • 7–14 calendar days: 50% refund or 100% credit toward a future cohort (valid 6 months).

  • < 7 calendar days or after the course starts: Non‑refundable.

  • Seat transfers: You may transfer your seat once to another person ≥ 24 hours before the first session.

6) Self‑Paced / On‑Demand Courses & Digital Deliverables

  • Access not started / materials not downloaded: 7‑day money‑back guarantee.

  • Access started or > 20% of content consumed/downloaded: Non‑refundable, except where content is defective or inaccessible for reasons within our control.

  • Digital downloads/templates/code are non‑returnable once delivered. If files are corrupted or mis‑packaged, we will re‑provide corrected files.

7) Subscriptions / Retainers

  • Cancel any time to stop future renewals.

  • No pro‑rata refunds for partial periods already in progress, unless explicitly stated in your order form.

  • Prepaid retainers may be converted to service credits on request (valid 6 months), at our discretion.

8) Force Majeure & Provider‑Side Changes

If we must postpone due to illness, emergencies, platform outages, or other force‑majeure events, we will reschedule at no cost or provide 100% credit. If rescheduling cannot be arranged within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer a full refund of undelivered services.

9) Quality & Remediation

If deliverables materially deviate from the agreed scope, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will either: (a) remediate within a reasonable time, (b) offer a make‑good session, or (c) issue a partial/full refund for the undelivered portion—at our reasonable discretion.

10) How to Request a Refund or Change

Email support@itteam.co.il with:

  • Your name/company, order/invoice number

  • Product/service purchased and scheduled date (if applicable)

  • Reason for refund/cancellation or requested change
    We typically respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time.

11) Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may incur administrative fees we are charged by processors. We reserve the right to suspend access while a dispute is open.

12) Third‑Party Merchants & Processors

We may use PayPal, Wise, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or similar providers as merchant of record or payment processor. Their terms may apply to refunds and may limit return of fees. Where they do not refund fees, those amounts are not refundable by us.

13) Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Venue and jurisdiction: Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction will apply where required by law.

14) Updates to this Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
